Cancelled appt because I will up with migraine and cold symptoms. As of 4 pm, found out I have Covid. You do not get a heads up with Covid, lucky I wasnt at my dental apot6. So I intend to talk to the doctor or his son about the $50 fee. Sorry when I cancelled I woke that way didnt know I had Covid. If you want to know about Dr Califfs office. I have NEVERcancelled before and been with you guys a long long time. Dr Califf is the best. Was always there for me and my late husband. He is the best. The office is great great.

Cancelled today. Woke with migraine and cold. You guys are lucky I cancelled. I just got back Covid test and it was positive. I couldn't have given you 24 hr notice. Covid doesnt do that. I will sent matter to dr Califf and son as to whether I pay $50 fee. Sorry. In all my years, never cancelled. Consider Dr. Califf the best.

Benjamin was the star employee during my visit!! He communicated effectively the office procedures and processes. He was patient and gentle during my treatment. I appreciate his professionalism. However, the Receptionist wasn't as friendly and communicative.

The doctor and staff are very friendly. The doctor is very gentle and explains every procedure. I have always had a fear of dentists because of a bad childhood experience . At this office and staff I feel very comfortable.
